ICM in Healthy Cities in the SDG Era

The episode focuses on the first SDG: No Poverty, which focuses on ending poverty, in all of its forms, everywhere.

ICM's work in SDG 1

Dr. Lau talks about the nuances involved in employing poverty reduction interventions used in high resource settings in low and middle-income countries, specifically in his work with ICM. They explored the nature of conducting research in low and middle-income country contexts, and how resource constraints impact every stage of their research process. Of course, they also discuss how COVID-19 affects poverty alleviation in the same context.
