The trip has really affected me as well as the communities we’re working with. It’s one thing to donate money, but it’s completely different coming out here yourself and experiencing everything first hand!

The way that ICM’s efforts in Dumaguete changed the lives of so many children, as well as their families, and offered them a new outlook on their lives and futures helped inspire our ride to Hong Kong.

Seeing the poverty on ICM trips is heartbreaking, but seeing ICM programs in action is heart and mind changing. It has spurred me to help over the past ten years with Hong Kong and Sydney banquets and other fundraisers. I have also been able to sponsor programs, advocate to friends, speak at Corporate Social Responsibility days, schools and churches to help raise awareness and raise funds. I have witnessed how ICM really makes a difference to those in need.
