Jesulito Cornejo

Jesulito Cornejo holds an MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, where he graduated as a Dean’s Lister, and is the first and only certified Strategic Management Professional (SMP) by the Association of Strategic Planning (ASP) in the Philippines.

With over three decades of local and international experience in operations, project management, organizational development, and sales, he leads and develops high-performing teams across both corporate and non-profit sectors. He specializes in leadership development, executive coaching, and training, and has designed fast-track learning modules that cultivate entrepreneurial drive within teams.

Alongside his organizational work, he serves as Managing Director of JPC Management Consultancy, his own practice dedicated to promoting emotional intelligence in the workplace. He also sits on the board of The Human Equation (THE), an organization focused on advancing emotional intelligence and strengthening human connection in professional environments.

For the past seven years, he has served at International Care Ministries (ICM), a Christian non-profit dedicated to serving families in ultra-poverty — first as Chief Human Resources Officer for two years, and currently as Chief Capacity Officer for five years. In this role, he oversees ICM’s work across 14 regional bases in the Philippines through Regional Directors, strengthening organizational capacity and equipping teams to deliver transformation at scale. His leadership reflects both professional excellence and a deep commitment to empowering communities through faith, skills, and education.
