Charlie has over three decades of insurance broking and underwriting experience, and was a key member of launching Fidelis in 2015, as well as Lancashire in 2005. Prior to this, he held a number of roles with brokers and MGAs in London, the USA and Mexico. Charlie first visited ICM in the Philippines in 2012, and has brought his family on several subsequent trips to serve the ultra-poor.
