At ICM, we have a tremendous team of serious people dealing with the serious problem of poverty everyday. Motivated by our faith, we are committed to serving the poor in the Philippines and partnering with those who are equally passionate about helping the needy.
It is our joy to see lives transformed through the work of ICM. Currently ICM operates in twelve locations throughout the central and southern Philippines, with a small team piloting our work in Uganda. ICM’s operational headquarters is located in Manila and our main strategic/development office is in Hong Kong.

International Care Ministries, a Christian organization, has been serving the poor in the Philippines since 1992. At ICM, we believe that no one should live in ultra-poverty, and take a business approach to fighting poverty.
Over the last decade, ICM’s community-based, holistic solutions have reached more than 1.3 million people living in poverty – building resilience and greater well-being in families and whole communities across the Visayas and Mindanao. This wide impact is possible due to ICM’s unique approach of partnering with the existing infrastructure of local churches found in most Philippines slum communities.
Currently ICM operates in twelve locations throughout the central and southern Philippines.
We have a variety of roles that need filling in Manila and our bases, and are looking for individuals who share the same values as ICM in reaching the poor. We are looking for team players that are willing to relocate (if necessary), travel and work in the field, where the poorest of the poor are located.
