PHILIPPINE LEADERSHIP
ICM's work is made possible by a team of 295 Filipinos in the Visayas and Mindanao who work from our seven bases of operation. Philippine operations are overseen and coordinated by Co-CEOs Dan Owens and Helen Turner, along with their Executive Committee made up of regional area heads and strategic program heads.
